He regularly acts on public M&A transactions and advises listed companies on their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. Samuli worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as a Visiting Attorney during 2025 and 2026, focusing on high-profile cross-border transactions.
