Mikko Turunen

Mikko advises clients in a variety of capital markets transactions ranging from initial public offerings and other equity offerings to debt issuances. He also acts on public M&A transactions and advises listed companies on their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. Mikko began working at our firm already as an Associate Trainee, gaining valuable experience before joining the Capital Markets and Public M&A team. He has also gained valuable experience while working as a legal counsel at a Finnish publicly listed company.
