Jaarle Lehtinen

Jaarle advises clients in a variety of capital markets transactions ranging from initial public offerings and other equity offerings to debt issuances. He also acts on public M&A transactions and advises listed companies on their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. Jaarle began working at our firm already as an Associate Trainee, gaining valuable experience before joining the Capital Markets and Public M&A team. Before joining Krogerus, Jaarle has also worked as a trainee for other leading law firms in Finland.
