Helmi advises clients in a variety of capital markets transactions ranging from initial public offerings and other equity offerings to debt issuances. She also acts on public M&A transactions and advises listed companies on their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. Helmi began working at our firm already as an Associate Trainee, gaining valuable experience before joining the Capital Markets and Public M&A team. Before joining Krogerus, Helmi has worked as a trainee for another leading law firm in Finland.
