Krogerus advises HKFoods on a hybrid refinancing transaction

Krogerus advised HKFoods on a hybrid refinancing transaction which consisted of the issuance of a new EUR 20 million hybrid bond and the redemption of an existing hybrid bond issued in 2018. HKFoods is a publicly listed company, and in 2024 its net sales totalled EUR 1 billion.
