Krogerus advised Nordea Bank Abp in connection with the combination of 3North Partners with Steady Energy and the IPO of the combined company on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland. Nordea acted as financial advisor to 3North Partners, as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner of the IPO, and as receiving agent in relation to a concurrent private placement.
Steady Energy is a Finnish nuclear technology company developing a new generation of small modular reactors (SMRs) especially suited for district heating. Steady Energy aims to make nuclear energy more cost-effective to deploy and to establish its technology as a scalable solution for decarbonising district heating globally.
3NP was an investment company whose purpose was to bring together technology investors, entrepreneurs and executives, identify and analyse technology companies as potential combination partners, combine with one such company, and support the combined company in its growth and value creation.
