Kalle advises clients in both public and private M&A transactions and other corporate structuring matters. His practice also includes advising both private and listed companies, their management and shareholders in corporate law, ongoing disclosure obligations and corporate governance related matters. He has also served as a Trainee Judge at the District Court of Länsi-Uusimaa.
