Anna Sahrakorpi

Anna advises clients in a variety of capital markets and public M&A transactions, including public takeovers, listed company mergers, IPOs and other equity offerings. She also advises clients in disclosure, insider and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Krogerus, Anna worked as a senior legal advisor at the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. She has also gained experience from another leading law firm in Finland.
