Krogerus advised Savox Communications on its initial public offering and listing on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki. The initial public offering consisted of a share issue by Savox Communications and of a share sale by its largest shareholder. Savox Communications is a Finnish company offering critical communications solutions for the defence and security sector.
