Kalle heads our Technology, Data & IP practice. He advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious data-related and intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on copyrights and trademarks, and he is an authorised trademark attorney in Finland. He has extensive experience in commercial contracts and transactions relating to intellectual property, data, technology and media, and he advises regularly on matters concerning data, AI and technology regulation. Kalle also provides counsel on marketing law, consumer law and data protection matters, including data protection litigation, investigations and proceedings with authorities, and he is a CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe).
