Krogerus advises Varma on EUR 900 million disposal of 60 residential properties to Kojamo

Krogerus advised Varma on its disposal of a portfolio of 60 residential properties to Kojamo for a debt-free purchase price of approximately EUR 900 million. The purchase price will be paid in cash and in part in new shares issued by Kojamo. The properties are located mainly in the capital region and comprise in total 4,761 apartments.

The transaction is subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions, including the approval by the competition authority. The parties’ objective is to finalise the transaction by 1 April 2026.
