Our Competition & Regulatory practice is one of the largest dedicated teams of competition and EU law practitioners in Finland. We have the experience and resources needed to advise on complex and large-scale competition and regulatory matters. Our team is frequently retained in the most challenging matters in the Finnish market, often with cross-border aspects.

We advise on all aspects of competition law, with a focus on merger control, cartel investigations, competitor co-operation, distribution systems and abuse of dominant market position. We also advise on foreign direct investment (FDI) and European Union law, including state aid, public procurement and various sector-specific regulatory regimes. Our expertise in regulated markets covers energy, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and many other sectors.

Our clients include Finnish and international companies ranging from major listed companies to ambitious start-ups operating across a wide range of industries. We also advise authorities and other public-sector entities. Our work extends from day-to-day competition law matters to investigations by competition authorities, strategic transactions and regulatory disputes. We have a long experience in representing clients before Finnish and EU authorities and courts.
