Krogerus advised JC Switzerland Holding on its strategic investment in the Finnish retail group Stockmann. The strategic investment includes an arrangement with Förening Konstsamfundet by which JC and Konstsamfundet have agreed to pool their voting and governance rights in Stockmann. Krogerus' advice covers all aspects of the strategic investment, including corporate and strategic advice as well as anti-trust and tax structuring matters.
JC Switzerland Holding is a Swiss retail group with investments in European retail business. JC owns the department store chain Peek & Cloppenburg, headquartered in Düsseldorf and Vienna, as well as the department store Magasin du Nord, located in Copenhagen.
