Joonas Parkkinen new

Joonas specialises in private investment fund matters. He advises both sponsors and investors on all aspects of private investment funds, including fund formation, fund investments, co-investments, secondaries, investment management matters and regulatory issues relating to investment and wealth management. He also regularly advises both Finnish and international clients on private equity and real estate transactions and joint ventures.
