Samu Lassila

Samu heads our Tax practice. He is a tax professional with a particular focus on M&A. He advises domestic and international clients on tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, internal reorganisations, and refinancing processes. He has extensive experience leading cross-jurisdictional teams. He frequently assists clients seeking advance tax rulings from the Finnish tax authorities, and with other tax processes, including tax audits and controversy. Prior to joining Krogerus, Samu worked with a Big 4 firm in transaction-related tax advisory in Helsinki and briefly in New York.
