Janna focuses on private M&A transactions, advising both international and domestic private equity sponsors, infrastructure investors and corporate clients in complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Krogerus, she worked as an M&A lawyer for five years in another leading law firm in Helsinki. In addition to her law degree, Janna holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Aalto University and has gained experience from investment banking and financial sector through internships.
