Jan regularly advises domestic and international clients in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate and construction matters. He has in-depth experience in both transactional assignments and related-financing arrangements. Jan has particular recognition for successfully advising domestic and international investors in numerous venture capital transactions and he is the head of our Venture Capital team.
