Krogerus advised Intera Partners on its investment in WiseNetwork, a pioneer in the comprehensive digitalisation of business operations. As a result of the investment, WiseNetwork will accelerate its international growth, particularly within the sports, fitness, and club sectors, while continuing to invest in innovations that support customer digitalisation and enterprise resource planning (ERP). WiseNetwork’s current management team will continue in their roles and remains strongly committed to developing the company’s future together with Intera.
Developed by WiseNetwork, WisePlatform is a comprehensive SME ERP for clubs that brings together customer relationship management, POS, marketing, sales, HR and financial management. The platform provides a high level of back-office automation while enabling a deeper customer understanding through aggregating data across all relevant touchpoints.
