Krogerus advises Apollo on EUR 242 million agreement to acquire a portfolio of 44 residential properties from Kojamo

Krogerus advised Apollo-managed funds (NYSE: APO) on the agreement by Apollo-managed funds and Avant Capital Partners to acquire a portfolio of 44 rental housing properties from Kojamo for a debt-free sale price of EUR 242 million. With the transaction, 1,944 apartments will be acquired from eight different municipalities across Finland.

The transaction is subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent. The parties' objective is to finalise the transaction during the summer of 2025.
