Julius Viherkenttä

Julius advises both domestic and international clients on a wide variety of real estate matters. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, construction and property development matters, lease negotiations, sale and leaseback arrangements, forward funding and forward purchase transactions, and other real estate related assignments as well as other transactional and corporate matters. Julius also regularly advises investors, developers and operators in data centre assignments. During his time at Krogerus, Julius has also been on secondment at Sponda, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company.
