Krogerus has been ranked first in the number of deals according to Mergermarket's 2025 M&A rankings for legal advisers in Finland. Mergermarket is a leading provider of M&A data and intelligence that ranks M&A advisers based on deal count and deal value.
We have consistently been one of the most active M&A advisers in the market, featuring first in Finland in the number of transactions for the past seven years. This achievement underscores our unmatched ability to complete large and complex transactions, leading clients to consistently turn to our strong deal teams. In 2025, we advised on a total of 65 announced deals according to Mergermarket's rankings.
