Krogerus advises Nilfisk on its strategic review and resulting tender offer by Freudenberg

Krogerus advised the board of directors of Nilfisk Holding on its strategic review. As part of the strategic review, Nilfisk ran a broad, competitive auction process, which resulted in the Nilfisk board unanimously resolving to recommend that shareholders accept the voluntary public tender offer agreed to be made by the winning bidder, Freudenberg.

The Freudenberg tender offer values the equity of Nilfisk at DKK 3.8 billion (EUR 509 million), or approximately EUR 800 million including debt.
