Krogerus advises NestAI on Nokia's and Tesi's investment in NestAI

Krogerus advised NestAI, a lab that builds next-generation defence technology, on Nokia's and Tesi's investment in NestAI.

NestAI operates across logistics, security and defence, focusing on intelligent unmanned systems as well as command-and-control systems. NestAI is backed by PostScriptum, a founder’s office chaired by Peter Sarlin, whose previous track record includes, among others, Silo AI.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Annika Schauman and she was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Janna Pihanurmi and Associate Tuuli Merikallio.
