Krogerus advises Axcel on formation of new legal group

Krogerus advises Axcel on the formation of AGRD Partners, a new legal group formed by six Swedish business law firms. AGRD Partners brings together around 250 professionals across nine offices nationwide. The six law firms that have come together to form AGRD Partners are Allié, Born, Morris Law, Next, Synch and TM Partners.

The Krogerus team was led by Partners Marcus Möller and Annika Schauman and they were primarily assisted by Counsel Andreas Brink, Alina Böling and Jon Stenlund Lindgren, Senior Associates Janne Helaskoski, Niclas Ruotsalainen and Nicklas Svento, and Associates Sonja Aaltomaa, Joar Cederberg, Maria Hirvelä, Jenny Kaanela, Emma Långström, André von Martens, Jonni Tiainen and Charlotte Åkerblom. Carola Möller led the advice on employment matters and she was primarily assisted by Ada Hård af Segerstad.
