Krogerus advises Evondos on its acquisition of Compaan

Krogerus advised Verdane's portfolio company Evondos on the Finnish law aspects of its acquisition of Compaan, a leading digital care platform serving homecare and geriatric rehabilitation care organisations across the Netherlands. The acquisition strengthens Evondos' digital homecare offering in the Netherlands. Evondos is one of Europe’s leading providers of automated medication dispensing and homecare services.
