Markus Laine

Markus advises both private and listed companies, their management and the shareholders primarily in company law and corporate governance-related matters. He also advises clients in public and private M&A transactions and other corporate structuring matters as well as a variety of capital markets transactions ranging from IPOs and other equity offerings to debt issuances. Prior to graduating, he worked as a trainee for our firm.
