Krogerus advises Tieto on its sale of Edlevo and HR & Payroll to EG

Krogerus advised Tieto on its sale of two software businesses, Edlevo and HR & Payroll, to EG, for an enterprise value of EUR 95 million. Edlevo is a leading provider of learning administration software to Swedish and Finnish pre-schools and schools, and HR & Payroll is a leading provider of HR and payroll software specific to public sector customers in Sweden.

Tieto provides its customers across different industries with mission-critical solutions through its specialised software businesses Tieto Caretech, Tieto Banktech and Tieto Indtech, as well as its digital engineering business Tieto Tech Consulting.
