Krogerus advised Meridiam SAS and the project company Espoon Koulutaival Oy in a cooperative rental project with the City of Espoo concerning the Jupperi multipurpose centre.
The signing of the lease agreement between the City of Espoo and Espoon Koulutaival, the agreements between Espoon Koulutaival and YIT Rakennus on the design, construction and maintenance of the building as well as the funding documentation with the European Investment Bank and the Nordic Investment Bank occurred in September 2026. Meridiam is an independent investment Benefit Corporation and an asset manager specializing in the development, financing and long-term management of sustainable public infrastructure.
