Kirsi Kannaste specialises in commercial dispute resolution with a particular focus on international arbitration and competition litigation. Ms Kannaste's arbitration experience includes cases heard under the arbitration rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the Finland Chamber of Commerce and ad hoc arbitration disputes litigated under the rules of the Finnish Arbitration Act. Ms Kannaste is an approved mediator for the Finnish Bar Association and frequently lectures on dispute resolution topics. She serves as the co-head of our healthcare and pharmaceuticals team. Ms Kannaste has worked on secondment for a leading law firm in New York City.
