Krogerus advises Pure DC on its over EUR 7.5 billion 550MW data centre project

Krogerus is advising Pure DC on its over EUR 7.5 billion 550MW AI data centre campus project in Seinäjoki. The EUR 1.5 billion 110 MW phase 1 of the campus is fully leased and construction works have commenced. The project is one of Europe’s largest ever AI infrastructure projects, one of the largest ever inward investment projects in Finland and the largest ever inward investment project in Finland by a UK company. 

Krogerus is advising Pure DC on multiple aspects of the project, including land acquisition, due diligence, customer contracts, financing, tax & structuring matters and general corporate matters.
