Krogerus advises Norwegian real estate investor on construction of retail property and its subsequent disposal to Prisma Properties
Krogerus advises a Norwegian real estate investor on the construction agreement for the construction of a retail property in Lahti, and the subsequent disposal of the property to Prisma Properties through a forward purchase transaction. The building will be constructed by Tekova. The transaction will be completed upon the completion of the construction works.
The property comprises around 5,100 square metres of lettable area and is fully let on 11-year lease agreements to two leading discount retailers. The asset is located in an established retail area in Lahti along the E75, approximately 1.5 hours from Helsinki.
