Krogerus advised LocalTapiola on formation of LocalTapiola Private Debt IV. The strategy of this fund is to invest in US and European credit funds. The fund was opened for investors in early 2026 and it demonstrates exceptionally strong fundraising momentum, having recently reached second closing at €322.4 million which is above the size of its predecessor fund. Fundraising will continue through early 2027.
