Krogerus advised Northern Horizon on Hämeenlinna forward funding transaction. In line with its long-term commitment to deliver modern care and living environments to communities with a sustained shortage of care beds, Northern Horizon has closed a forward-funding deal to deliver a new care home in Hämeenlinna in Finland. The developer is Hoivarakentajat Oy, a Finnish construction company specializing in developing and building high quality, sustainable care assets across Finland. Hämeenlinna is facing a massive growth in its 85+ aged population over the next decades, resulting in a strong demand for additional care beds. Upon completion in Q3 2027, this care home will provide 40 modern care beds that will be operated by Tavana.
