Elina advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, ranging from complex strategic assignments to day-to-day advisory work. Her expertise covers, in particular, executive and management agreements, collective labour law, terminations of employment and employment-related disputes. She also regularly advises on employment aspects of transactions, restructurings and redundancies. Elina joined the firm as a trainee and has since gained extensive experience across employment law.
