Krogerus advises Herenco on its acquisition of Safera Ltd

Krogerus advised Swedish industrial group Herenco on its acquisition of Safera Ltd., a Finnish high-tech company with particular expertise in intelligent sensor technology, safety solutions, smart ventilation, advanced air quality and particulate measurement technology, helping to make homes, properties, and work environments safer, healthier, and more energy efficient. Herenco and Safera have collaborated for several years, and the acquisition is a natural next step in developing the offering of Herenco's Indoor Climate business area in intelligent sensor technology, smart ventilation, safety solutions, and future energy-efficient indoor environments.
