Krogerus advises Metroauto on its acquisition of Toyota Autotalot Oy's business in Tampere region

Krogerus advises Metroauto Oy on its acquisition of Toyota Autotalot Oy's resale business of Toyota and Lexus cars operated under the name Tammer-Auto in the Tampere region. As a result of the transaction, Metroauto Oy strengthens its position as Finland’s largest retail partner focused exclusively on Toyota and Lexus cars.

Following the transaction, Metroauto Oy will take over the contracts relating to Toyota and Lexus car sales, Toyota and Lexus repair services, and Toyota/Lexus Rent and Kinto mobility services in the Tampere region. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
