Krogerus advises KUKA on the acquisition of Visual Components

Krogerus advised KUKA on the acquisition of Visual Components Oy, a Finland-based provider of software solutions for 3D simulation in factory planning.

KUKA is a global automation corporation with sales of around EUR 3 billion and roughly 13,200 employees. KUKA Group is headquartered in Augsburg, Germany.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Marcus Möller and senior advisor Lennart Simonsen. They were mainly assisted by senior associates Kalle Hynönen and Taru Kovanen.
