Krogerus advised OP Corporate Bank plc as sole lender on a EUR 60 million senior financing package for Boreo Plc. The financing package consisted of a term loan facility, a revolving credit facility and a dedicated M&A facility, and it strengthens Boreo's capital structure as well as supports the company's long-term growth and acquisition strategy.
