Krogerus advises St1 on the divestment of its wind farm assets in Finland

Krogerus advised St1, a Nordic energy group, on the divestment of its operating wind farms and wind farm development projects in Finland to Exilion, a Finnish investment company. The transaction comprised operating wind farms with an aggregate production capacity of 315 MW and development projects with an estimated aggregate production capacity of 475 MW.

St1 will continue to operate the wind farms included in the transaction. As a result of the transaction Exilion became the largest wind power producer in Finland.
