Krogerus advises Qt Group on the acquisition of Axivion GmbH

Krogerus advised Qt Group and its subsidiary, The Qt Company, on the acquisition of Axivion GmbH, a Germany-based major provider of state-of-the-art quality assurance tools, such as static software analysis and software architecture analysis, and the issuance and listing of new shares in Qt Group on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

Qt Group is a global software company with a strong presence in more than 70 industries.
