Krogerus advises on formation of Ethos Light Industrial Opportunities I

Krogerus advises the sponsor, Ethos Capital, on formation of a new fund which targets light industrial properties in Finland's growing cities. The fundraising target for this fund is €60 million and the fund has already reached first closing, and made its first acquisitions.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Pyry Somervuori together with Counsel Joonas Parkkinen, and they were primarily assisted by Associates Amalia Tiainen and Maria Walden.
