Krogerus advised Nrep on its disposal of Hyrylä Prisma hypermarket to international real estate investor Cibus in a forward funding transaction.
The property, scheduled for completion in 2026, will comprise approximately 9,300 square metres of retail space leased to S Group under a long-term agreement. Hypermarket assets in prime locations are rarely transacted in Finland, making this a notable deal in the market.
The Krogerus team was led by Partner Kalle Hakkarainen and he was primarily assisted by Associate Pyry Lehikoinen.
