Krogerus advised Partnera Oy, a Finland-based investment company, on its investment in Uusioaines Oy, a leading glass recycler and foam glass manufacturer in Finland.
Following the transaction, Partnera becomes the largest owner of Uusioaines with a 58% stake. In addition, the company’s shareholders include the state-owned investment company Finnish Industry Investment Oy (Tesi), the former sole owner and founder, as well as the Managing Director. The total consideration of the transaction was EUR 19.8 million on a debt and cash free basis.
