Krogerus advises Partnera Corporation on the acquisition of KPA Unicon Group

Krogerus advised Partnera on its acquisition of a majority stake in KPA Unicon Group, a company specialised in providing clean-energy solutions to global industrial clients and energy producers. KPA Unicon Group employs more than 200 people in Finland, Bosnia-Hertzegovina, Chile, Spain, Croatia, France, Sweden and Russia.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Jan Johanson and he was mainly assisted by Senior Associate Anna Metso and Associates Hanna Tolonen, Juho Lakkala, Maria Naukkarinen and Teemu Liukkonen.
