Krogerus advises on formation of Voima Ventures Fund III

Krogerus advised Voima Ventures on the formation of their new venture capital fund, Voima Ventures Fund III. The fund recently reached its first closing at €90 million in commitments. The core of its strategy lies in companies with scalable global business potential and competitive deep tech or science foundation, as well as measurable impact.

We advised Voima Ventures on all aspects of fund formation, including tax and regulatory matters. Partner Pyry Somervuori led the team together with Senior Associate Joonas Parkkinen.
