Krogerus advises LanguageWire on its acquisition of Delingua

Krogerus advises the Danish language service and technology company LanguageWire on its acquisition of the leading Finnish translation and interpretation service provider Delingua. The expansion by LanguageWire to Finland makes it the largest language service company in the Nordic countries. Following the acquisition, LanguageWire Group has operations in 14 countries on three continents, a combined turnover exceeding EUR 80m, and more than 450 employees. LanguageWire's main owner is the British private equity investor Bridgepoint Group, listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Jan Johanson together with Senior Associate Andreas Brink, and they were primarily assisted by Associates Liisa Lehtonen, Annika Mattila, Laura Oiva and Marko Turtiainen. Partner Simo Autio advised on competition and regulatory matters, and he was mainly assisted by Associate Jonni Tiainen.
