Krogerus advises Lamor on the offering and listing of a new senior secured green bond

Krogerus advised Lamor on the offering and listing of a new EUR 25 million senior secured green bond on Nasdaq First North Bond Market Finland.

The bond is secured by a second priority pledge over Lamor's business mortgages and was admitted to trading on the back of a voluntary offering prospectus approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
