Krogerus advises Fennia on its acquisition of the Finnish life insurance business of Handelsbanken

Krogerus advised Fennia Life Insurance Company Ltd. on its acquisition of Svenska Handelsbanken's Finnish life insurance business, including investment, pension, and loan protection insurance portfolios. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the second half of 2024.
