Krogerus advises Vendus on its acquisition of three modern and fully leased retail properties in Finland. The properties are located in Paimio (Turku region), Haukipudas (Oulu region) and Laukaa (Jyväskylä region). The portfolio comprises approximately 10,700 square meters of leasable area and is fully leased to established tenants such as Tokmanni, Halpa-Halli, and Kesko. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 180 million.
