Krogerus advised Solita Finland Oy, a Finnish digital business consultancy and digital services company, on its acquisition of all the shares in Palmu Inc. Finland Oy, a service design agency.
Solita's revenue in 2016 amounted to EUR 58.5 million. Palmu's revenue in 2016 amounted to EUR 7.6 million and together Solita and Palmu are aiming for nearly EUR 80 million in revenue in 2017.
